WHAT IS CONNEXION? Connexion is a private non-profit substance abuse prevention agency licensed to provide services to Genesee County residents. Our Mission Statement Provide and promote services that assist individuals in developing skills to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Connexion Means Prevention Services include but are not limited to: Classroom Presentations Life Skills Education Parent Education Series Support Groups Hispanic Prevention Alcohol Highway Safety Program Connexion tailors programs to suit the needs of Genesee County.  If you are interested in any of our services or are looking for something not listed, please call Mr. Herbert Winfrey, Program Manager at (810) 600-2725. How We Are Funded Federal and State funding through Genesee County Community Mental Health have been provided to support Connexion programming.  Additional funds are secured through public and private grants as well as individual fees.  Donations are always accepted as evidence of community support for prevention activities.
